Jewelry is considered intimate items. Please inspect within 48 hours of delivery. For quality issues, we offer exchanges for the same style. For sizing issues, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-quality-related issues are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Mid-to-high-end jewelry worn for several days before return may affect resale value. If concerned about quality, all items are inspected before dispatch.
Returns must meet certain conditions: Your item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

Refunds

If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also require additional time to process and post the refund.
